Mozambique, an active member of the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
As from 1st November 2013, any cargo loading or unloading in Mozambique must be covered by an Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN) validated by the Mozambique Cargo Tracking Agency。
The ECTN must be necessarily validated at the latest 5 days before the arrival of the ship to destination.
Non-compliance ECTN is to be charged against strict payment of regularization with the provisions of the governing regulation and order.(编选:
