Pursuant the legal and policy provisions of the Council of Ministers' Resolution n.° 25/2004 dated 14th July 2004 and the Council of Ministers' Resolution Number 26/2004, also dated 14th July 2004 in compliance to the implementation of Maritime Security based on SOLAS chapter XI-2 and the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code;

An "Electronic Cargo Tracking Note" is established under the decision of the Ministry of Transports and Communications of 10 Mai 2013, within the context of the tracking of maritime traffic from or to Mozambique, an active member of the International Maritime Organization (IMO).

As from 1st November 2013, any cargo loading or unloading in Mozambique must be covered by an Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN) validated by the Mozambique Cargo Tracking Agency。

The ECTN must be necessarily validated at the latest 5 days before the arrival of the ship to destination.

Non-compliance ECTN is to be charged against strict payment of regularization with the provisions of the governing regulation and order.（编选：中非供应链）
